The annual Deep Freeze maintenance paid to vendor on software purchased.
Please refer to related service code 650.884 for full service details.
Provide Erie 1 BOCES with the name and telephone number of a district contact person and all information as required by vendor.
Maintain a district LAN and a district technology coordinator.
Comply with regional and state standards.
Have a LAN corrdinator available to work with WNYRIC staff.
Comply with federal copyright laws.
Provide sufficient time for technical staff to accomplish assigned tasks.
Provide the means for districts to purchase the software.
Maintain a database and alert the districts when the renewal is due.
File all necessary paperwork with the appropriate vendor
Provide qualified/responsible personnel to perform needed functions to implement and support anti-virus protection
Provide necessary training so WNYRIC personnel are able to keep current with new technology.
