Blackboard - Connect 5i-Only Annual Support and Training
This service covers the support of Blackboard's Connect 5i (C5i) mass notification system for districts that only use the C5i product, and not the entire CES suite.
Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for Blackboard's C5i software. Key components of the service include:
- Unlimited support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Access to an extensive library of training materials for all C5i users
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- C5i planning assistance
- Half-day of training
Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th).
