Blackboard Centricity2 Essentials - Annual Base Support
Dedicated WNYRIC staff provides support for the Blackboard Centricity2 Essentials website software. Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced staff familiar with the needs of local school districts.
The key components of the base service include:
- Unlimited phone, email, and screen sharing support
- Website hosting
- Server maintenance and backup
- Routine Centricity2 Essentials software updates
- Up to two-and-a-half days of training for site administrators and section editors
- Minor enhancements to the standard template
- Website planning assistance
- User group meeting
- Troubleshooting and how-to assistance
- Unused training hours expire at the end of the school year (June 30th)
- The server storage allotment includes 25GB plus 5GB per site beyond the main district site. Storage beyond this allotment requires purchasing additional space - please refer to service code 650.822.44 for details.
- Certain data recovery or restore scenarios may incur additional charges by the WNYRIC, the vendor, or both.
