Blackboard Centricity2 - Basic Mobile App Support
Website Support staff provide support for the Blackboard Mobile App.
Districts can call regarding issues or needing assistance with using the Mobile App.

- Centricity2 website content must be entered in the correct format prior to the launch of the mobile app
- Plan for promoting and utilizing the MCA App
- Determine go-live date
- Provide support to end users of the mobile app
- Announce/promote mobile app
- Work with Blackboard and the district to schedule the required meetings
- Provide guidance as necessary until go-live
- Provide telephone and email support for the mobile app to the district
