Google Gmail - Annual Support and Training
This service provides support for Gmail email, including spam filtering and Regional Directory! Districts do not need to contact the vendor; instead, they work with our experienced WNYRIC staff, familiar with the needs of local school districts and Gmail software.
Annual support and training includes:
- Support via phone, email, and screen sharing
- Spam filtering, using CanITPro spam filtering software on WNYRIC-hosted filtering servers
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Up to two hours of end user Gmail training
- Regional Directory, if desired
- New release research
- Communication with the vendor for advanced technical support when needed
- Basic end-user documentation
