IBM Notes - Mailbox Support and Spam Filtering
In supplement to the base support, this service fee covers the incremental costs of spam filtering and support time per mailbox. Student and non-staff mailboxes are excluded.
Counts are collected in the fall for use in participation and getting vendor renewal quotes for the coming school year. Only staff accounts are counted. Students and non-staff accounts (like lab1 or copier1) do not count toward this number.
