WinCap Affordable Care Act Data Extract Service

The WNYRIC will extract data the census and earnings data from the financial system on a monthly basis, upload extracted files to the district to review and complete. WNYRIC will then configure the files into template format for approved vendor(s) to assist the district with compliance tracking for the Affordable Care Act.

Details Requirements Responsibilities Service Level Agreement

To assist the district with compliance tracking for the Affordable Care Act, the WNYRIC will extract the census and earnings data from the financial system on a monthly basis.= The extracted files will be upload to the SFTP site for district to review and make all necessary changes and additions. District will then return those files to the RIC at which time the RIC will take the files and configure the them into template formats for approved vendor(s). The district will then upload the final files to the approved vendor(s).

1. WNYRIC Staff must have uninterrupted access to district's live financial / HR database

1. Maintain current and accurate data in the Financial - HR and Benefits areas  2. Notify the WNYRIC when the data in the Financial - HR/ Benefits application is ready     to have the monthly export file generated and uploaded to the SFTP site for the district     to review 3. District must correct the data in the financial software to remedy as any errors in the     extracted files 4. It is the district's responsibility to verify the data in the extracted files and make all     necessary additions to the files 5. Once the data has been verified for accuracy, they are to upload the files up to the     SFTP site for the RIC staff to get and put into the 3rd. party vendor template format     for the RIC staff to get and put into the 3rd. party vendor template format 6. District is responsible to upload the final files to the 3rd party vendor that they are     utilizing for their ACA reporting

1. WNYRIC will generate and extract a Census file and a Wage file each month out of     the financial application and upload it to SPTP site for the district to review 2. After district has reviewed and made the necessary changes to the extracted files, the    WNYRIC will process the updated and reviewed extract files and configure them into     the template format provided by the approved vendor(s) 3. WNYRIC will upload the configured files to the SFPT site for the district to download     and review and then the district is to submit the files to their 3rd party vendor
