WNYRIC EDMS Staff provide on-going support to districts that have purchased the FileBound software with the intention to digitize documents. WNYRIC plans with the district to determine which records to convert. Includes prepared/un-prepared paper records, electronic records, financials, student system records, etc. WNYRIC staff will set up user screens and project screens, creating indexes for the project as required. One new project is included per year with this fee. Training to retrieve records is provided. The WNYRIC team will provide Capture licenses as need for each district and install them. Capture is the approved FileBound software required for scanning documents into the software. These are provided at no additional cost to the district.
