Administrative Leadership
This service is for on-site district professional development for administrators and instructional support staff. All professional development opportunities are developed under the framework of the National ISLLC Leadership Standards and/or integrate NY State learning standards. Focus on support such as Regents Reform Agenda initiatives including consultation on SED plans (APPR, etc), Lead Evaluator training and the nine (9) criteria, instructional leadership, principal evaluation rubric, administrative council sessions, DDI turn-key models, BOE meeting preparation/support, Covey & others. Access to district data for Boces staff developers is required.
Site visits are a minimum of four (4) hours of billable time.
Professional development opportunities may be provided (but not limited to) on the following topics:
1 to 1 Computing, APPR, Assessments, Curriculum, Digital Citizenship, Instructional Coaching, Leading Change, Online Learning, Professional Learning Communities, and Response to Intervention.
