BoardDocs - PLUS Option
Available as an add-on service for either BoardDocs LT or BoardDocs Pro, each governing body can have separate confidential meetings, separate document managers, and separate administrative access.
- Manage and control meetings and minutes separately for related boards and committees
- Designate different publishers for different boards and committees
- Create separate workflows and approval processes with BoardDocs Pro Plus
Districts will consult with BoardDocs to determine if this option is needed for their district.
Districts must contract for either BoardDocs Pro or BoardDocs LT to add this optional service.
The district will contact Policy Services to discuss their current commitment with or interest in BoardDocs. A demonstration of BoardDocs with the PLUS Option may be requested.
Districts that are interested in working with BoardDocs may elect to contract with Erie 1 BOCES to receive their BOCES aid on this service. Policy Services will arrange for a demonstration of BoardDocs with the PLUS Option upon request.
