Communication Audit with Plan
From capital project votes to annual community engagement, our communication professional will meet with you to discuss your community climate and communication options. Following an audit of communications being sent by the district, that staff member will then draft a high-level plan that outlines the findings and includes: suggested efficiencies, possible communication tactics for your audiences, a timeline or workflow for next steps, and provide a detailed estimate for possible Communication Services specific to your next steps.

The District will provide Erie 1 BOCES staff with current contact information (the full names and titles, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) of designated District officials who should receive information on behalf of the District from Erie 1 BOCES in connection with this service.The District will respond to drafts and approvals in a timely manner to meet the pre-established deadlines.
Erie 1 BOCES pricing includes 25 hours of work:
- An initial 1-hour meeting with the superintendent (or his/her designee).
- Onsite audit of existing communication items being sent within the district.
- The employee time to research and recommend timelines, tactics and estimates.
- The technology needed to conduct such research, write and share plan
- The employee time to draft the plan document and share the draft with the district.
- Phone, e-mail and a follow-up meeting with the superintendent (or his/her designee) to finalize the plan.
- Travel time to-and-from locations
- Employee mileage reimbursement up to $50.
