Raptor Visitor Management System - Kiosk Implementation and Setup
This service code covers implementation and setup of kiosks for the Raptor Visitor Management Service.
This service includes:
- Planning meeting
- Software installation and setup
- Kiosk setup
- Up to 3 hours of training

- Compatible kiosk hardware
- Must be in Raptor Annual Support service
- Attend all meetings
- Provide access to appropriate district staff
- Perform tasks as defined in project in a timely manner
- Promptly respond to requests
- Act as project manager for implementation
- Provide training to district personnel
