Shared Tech Integrator
One Erie 1 Boces/WNYRIC staff member will be assigned to each request to deliver on-site, standards-related curriculum and staff development which may include, but not limited to the following: A) planning B) multi-dimensional data analysis to improve student results through technology C) curriculum alignment with technology D) instructional strategies E) assessments with technology F) district/building specific staff development
Define needs through consultation with the RICProvide office space within the district for the individualProvide on-line access for the individualProvide release time for RIC activities as defined in the job descriptionManagement of the Itinerant staff with other districts sharing Itinerant staff memberSchedules appropriate days purchased as per district and staff developers calendar allows
- Consult with the district to determine needs
- Develop and post the positionConduct interviews and complete the hiring process
- Provide appropriate training for the individual hired
- Schedules appropriate days purchased as per district and staff developers calendar allows.
The WNYRIC utilizes cost effective best practices determined by research that allows our experienced and trained technical staff to perform robust testing and support of the WNYRIC network in the areas of security, infrastructure, energy management, virtualization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms.
Staff follow best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
