Occupational Education
Occupational Education is a modified career program for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. It is a classroom environment that prepares students for competitive employment. This general education class is offered at all three Career Centers in the following multi-year programs: OE I Exploration, OE II Auto Service, OE II Building Maintenance, OE II Food Services, and OE II Human Services.
2 ¼ hrs. per day of instruction; five days per week.
- Occupation Education is a general education program taught by certified, career and technical education teachers.
- Bus transportation to and from Career Center
- Online student registration
- 2 ¼ hrs. per day of instruction; five days per week
- Instruction by certified career and technical education teachers
- Services of special education liaison teachers
- Services of work-based learning teachers, social workers, and certified school counselors
