Unaided LAN Technical Support (On Request)
This service provides a microcomputer technical support specialist on a per hour basis. Duties may include troubleshooting, hardware/software installs, configurations, equipment inventory and assignments provided by the district technology coordinators.

Have district personnel available to instruct WNYRIC staff member.
Comply with federal copyright laws.
Provide qualified/responsible personnel to inform needed functions to keep daily technical activities of the district's Technology department.
Provide necessary training so WNYRIC personnel are able to keep current with new technology.
