Master Library Facilities System - Implementation and Setup
The implementation and setup service helps a district get started with Master Library. This service includes:
- Project management
- Setup and configuration
- Up to one day of training
Additional training time is available at a per diem rate.
Please refer to service code 650.695 for full service details.
Required for all district new to Master Library.
- Must join Master Library Annual Support service
- Attend all meetings
- Provide access to appropriate district staff
- Provide necessary documentation and data for implementing modules
- Perform tasks as defined in project in a timely manner
- Promptly respond to requests
- Act as a project manager for implementation
- Setup software
- Provide training of designated district personnel
